More than just a beach bar, World Famous can be whatever you want it to be.

Casual, but still romantic night out? Get a table with a dreamy view and splurge on prime rib. Hung over and hungry? Go for the omelettes and pancakes at breakfast.
It's also a good spot for a business lunch.

There are specials every weeknight: $1 shrimp tacos, two pounds of Hawaiian ribs for $4.95, and my personal favorite; peel and eat shrimp for $4.25.

Like most places in PB, you'll find a lively happy hour during the week. And during summer, the place can get pretty packed with tourists and locals all watching the sunset and stuffing themselves on specials.

22222 Disappointed

I wish I had the same experience as Jeffair728.

Was there Thursday night for Happy Hour. The bar service was slow and amateur. The fish taco tasted fresh and savory, but no salsa accompanied the dish. The rib special was just plain awful. It was not really a rib bone or rib bones like you would expect, but a disgusting conglomeration of fat grissle, bone and a little meat. The gravy had the aroma of dog food. Do not order the rib special!!

55555 What a place

I got to experience the greatest dinner on earth. I went to World Famous on June 30th and had everything was perfect. I made a reservation for dinner. The night started with drinks at the bar and the bartender was awesome. They make one of the best Bloody Mary's I have ever had. Then we got seated for dinner the the most perfect view to experience the great sunset over PB. The server was amazing she was very nice and very understanding that we wanted to wait to order until the sunset. As soon as the sunset she was right there to take our order and make sure the rest of the night was a great as the sunset. Thanks you guys for the greatest dinner of my life.
