Festival of Lights
The Wild Animal Park will sparkle during this annual holiday event with animal light sculptures, carolers, children's activities, live animal presentations and an Arctic Snow Hill.

More than 100,000 glimmering lights, up-close encounters with real reindeer, Christmas caroling and a snow-covered hill will be the highlights of the San Diego Wild Animal Park's annual "Festival of Lights", daily 4-8 pm. Snow in San Diego? Arctic Snow Hill, open daily from 4-8:30 pm, will give children the chance to glide down a unique, slippery slop on plastic mats provided by the Wild Animal Park. The hill will be blanketed with 20,000 pounds of new snow each day. Grounds will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Guests on park grounds during regular hours are invited to stay for the Festival of Lights at no additional charge. For more information, please call 760-796-5615.
