Choral music icon Alice Parker will show you how during the "Alice Parker Festival," which the La Jolla Symphony & Chorus will present at 8 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, in Carlsbad. About 250 singers from six area choirs will participate in the event that includes a sing-along session with the audience. So warm up your vocal chords.
